Smt. NC Krishna Kumari garu started SKN KALAKSHETRAM, a training institute established in the year 1988 .The institution is located in Vanasthalipuram, Hyderabad having more than 15 branches in twin cities. Recognised by Govt. of Andhra Pradesh.

More than one thousand students learnt Clasical dance and music and settled in all over the world.

SKN is Giving Free Training for many students who are physically and mentally handicapped in SHANTHINIKETHAN THE PHYSICALLY & MENTALLY HANDICAPED SCHOOL and other schools. Number of students from SKN have received many awards like bala saraswathi, bala rathna, bala mayuri and meny mire from Govt of AP, potti sreeramulu telugu universit, Thayagaraja college of music and dance, Osmania, ABVP, SFI, Vasavi Club, Vishnavi Arts etc...

the director of SKN is one of the mostoutstanding Kuchipudi Dancer. Her greatness lies in her total dedication to the classical dance. A fiercely un compromising purist, she is highly unimaginative with a sense of deep involvement but without losing contact with contemporary taste and sensibilities. She has been Director of SKN Kalakshetram at Hyderabad since 1988.She has given many performances, ballets.she tought dance to many blind students, mentally handicap etc.

Under the auspices of the Government of India, She is conducting a summer camp from 1993 in which many of the students were participating. she choreographed many of the ballets, songs which have got great responce.

Sri. Venkat Guru Swamy the principal of SKN Kalakshetram is a marvelous singer and a key board player. his talent lies in his intrest He is highly imaginative and has a spirit and conscience towards music. He has the ability to sing Keerthanas, Karnatic music, Litemusic, Devotional songs etc. He has a great dedication to Lord "AYYAPPA SWAMI". He has composed many Ayyappa songs and dedicated. He has given many programmes with his students in A.P and other States.

His major achievements are the Composition and Presentation of the Songs in different way and with message giving which is useful for the present generation and future generations. He has been given many awards from many celebrities from c.m. etc..
